How can counselling help?
Counselling is a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can explore any problems you are facing and develop an understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It is a supportive environment where you can reflect on the past, present and future, work through past events, develop coping strategies and think about a way forward from whatever is troubling you. It is not about advice and I won’t tell you what to do; my role as your counsellor is to help you to work out your own solution to your current issue. Together, we can work towards empowering you to make the positive changes you need to make.
